Welcome to the International Studies Preparatory Academy’s (ISPA) web page, the first International Studies High School in Miami-Dade County Public Schools. On behalf of the administration and teachers, I am honored to be the first Principal of this prestigious school. I look forward to an exciting year full of positive and rewarding experiences for your child. The goal of ISPA will be to establish an environment that will instill self-esteem, respect and discipline in our school. This commitment to excellence will help provide an academic and multicultural program that will develop students who will become bilingual and bi-cultural. Students at ISPA will pursue world language studies in addition to an academic curriculum with an international focus that addresses rigorous standards of both the United States and European Union educational systems. In addition to the study of core subject areas, students receive up to two hours of instruction in and through the language of choice: French, Italian or Spanish. We are housed in a state of art facility located at 1570 Madruga Avenue, Coral Gables, Florida 33146. I look forward to working with all the students that will be part of the ISPA student body.
