The entire staff and administration of Paul Laurence Dunbar Elementary School Family welcome you and your children to a new school year. We are looking forward to an exciting and productive school year. We have prepared a handbook to inform you of our school policies and procedures that we will be following. To ensure our success, it will be very important that all of us adhere to these policies and guidelines. We have high expectations for our students. We believe that the elementary years pave the way for your children to become productive citizens and leaders of tomorrow. We hope you will take an active part in your children's education to ensure their success. Please come and meet the staff, and each one of your children's teachers, together we can accomplish our most important goal that is to provide the best education for your children. We are inviting you to join us either as a member of the PTA or a member of ESSAC. We also welcome your help as a volunteer, if it is possible.
