The School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida, seeks public input and participation. However, the public purpose is not served when citizens become disorderly or disrupt the meeting. Accordingly, the Chair may order the removal from any School Board meeting of any person interfering with the expeditious or orderly process of the meeting provided the Chair has first issued a warning that continued interference with the orderly processes of the meeting will result in removal. Any law enforcement authority or a sergeant-at-arms designated by Chair shall remove any person ordered removed pursuant to this section §1001.372 (3), Fla.Stat.

ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION
January 25, 2012 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., at the School Board Administration Building, 1450 N.E. 2nd Avenue, Miami, Florida 33132, the School Board will have an attorney-client session to discuss the following pending case: The School Board of Miami-Dade County v. Matheson Properties, S.A., Circuit Court Case 07-25661-CA 22. The open segment of the meeting and the attorney-client session will take place in Conference Room 726. The persons attending the attorney-client session are School Board Members, Ms. Perla Tabares Hantman, Chair, Dr. Lawrence S. Feldman, Vice-Chair, Dr. Dorothy Bendross-Mindingall, Mr. Carlos L. Curbelo, Mr. Renier Diaz de la Portilla, Dr. Wilbert "Tee" Holloway, Dr. Martin Karp, Dr. Marta Perez, Ms. Raquel A. Regalado; Superintendent of Schools, Alberto M. Carvalho; attorneys representing the School Board, Mr. Walter J. Harvey, School Board Attorney, and attorneys Mr. Luis M. Garcia, Ms. Ana Craft, Mr. Brian Williams, Mr. Thomas Bolf, and Mr. Dale Alan Bruschi. It is anticipated that this meeting will take approximately one (1) hour. This meeting and the attorney-client session will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of section 286.011, Fla. Stat.
